Winter Wonderland

Hello!

So a few weeks ago I had a shoot with Beneath the Gown for a gorgeous feather corset, designed and created by Josie Jolon, paired with a skirt for a different approach to wedding gowns.

Emily Denny of the Jennie Fresa Beauty Library spent a full 2 1/2 hours doing makeup and hair for this wild adventure. Trust me, I looked nothing like myself. Wait until you see her artwork!

Carrie Roseman was happy to be able to shoot this idea-come-to-life. The set was the Diane Birdsall Gallery in Old Lyme, CT. The artist for the set (Camomile Hixon) had a wonderful room set up as a winter wonderland, and I can tell you first hand that they achieved their goal. There was about two inches of loose glitter covering the floor... Emily and I were loving it.

These high fashion photos are going to be great.

Lingerie Shoot With Raw Photo Design & Beneath the Gown

Hi all!

I had an amazing shoot with Amber and Eric from Raw Photo Design on December 1st. The shoot was for a new line of italian lingerie which can be found at Beneath the Gown in Clinton, CT (Owner Josie Jolon). The line is absolutely beautiful. I feel honored to be able to model these pieces of art.

Makeup was done by Jennie Fresa of the Jennie Fresa Beauty Library. She used her new line of loose pigments which were stunning. She is also working on a brush line which I fully intend to take advantage of!

Amber and Eric were wonderful! I felt comfortable and at ease with my favorite music playing in the background (even if I did have to lay upside down for 20 minutes). Thank you so much guys. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a classy Boudoir shoot for the upcoming holidays.

Can't wait to post the photos, stay tuned!

XO

First Blog

This is my first blog ever!

First of all let me say that I have worked with some amazing people starting with Sam Chyung (http://www.samchyung.com/). He gave me a jump start on my blossoming modeling career by providing me with beautiful and professional senior portraits. Check them out!

Next, photographer Robert Norman (http://www.norman-photography.com/). My first professional shoot was with Robert and the girls of Wedding Row for The White Dress by the Shore held at the Venetucci Home in Westbrook, CT. Special thanks to Beth Chapman (http://thewhitedressbytheshore.com/), her ever faithful assistant, Kelley Solomon, the talented makeup artist Jennie Fresa (http://www.jenniefresa.com/), wonderful hair stylist Nedelyn Perry, the handsome model and photographer Steve DePino (http://www.stevedepino.com/), and everyone else kind enough to help me out on my first and extremely successful photoshoot. We were featured on Brides.com! See it here! (http://www.brides.com/wedding-ideas/wedding-style/editorial-pick/2010/08/romantic-vintage-garden-outdoor-wedding-style#slide=1)

I have to say that the most fun I've ever had on a photoshoot would have to be with Carla TenEyck (http://www.carlateneyck.com/). This was held at the beautiful Lord Thompson manor in Thompson, CT. I must say, flower ARTIST Tony Palmieri made this shoot absolutely stunning. His work is amazing. Stay tuned to see us in Brides Connecticut!

Although the bikini shoot at the end of November was FREEZING, the photos were well worth it. The fun and extremely talented Carrie Roseman (http://www.carrieroseman.blogspot.com/) shot an exclusive italian swimsuit line for Anna Maria de la Blanca. Josie Jolon, the sweetest woman on earth and the owner of Beneath the Gown (http://www.beneaththegown.com/) was my stylist and she did an awesome job! I can't wait to post the shots!

So in short, that's what we've been doing in the past two months. I can't wait to see what the future holds for not just me, but ALL of us working together in unison. XO.
